Participants wear virtual reality headsets that allow them to explore HBCU campuses as if they were physically present.
Our VR experience is tailored for elementary, middle, and high school students, making it suitable for a wide range of ages. And of course adults are welcome too.
No prior experience is necessary. Our team provides guidance on using the VR headsets, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.
Each experience last between 45 minutes to one hour.
It varies; our high school tours are self-guided. This allows students to spend more time at a particular campus and explore freely. Each school tour, however, is condensed into four to five-minute experiences at different campuses.
Similar to an in-person tour of an HBCU, you'll be able to view the outside of the dorms, but access to the interiors will not be permitted.
Yes, our VR experience is designed with safety in mind. Participants are supervised by trained educators and technology specialists throughout the tour.
Absolutely! Schools can schedule visits for the VR experience, and we can accommodate large groups or multiple grade levels up to 200 students within a school day per school.
